Form 990, Part VI, Line 4 Changes to the Governing Documents of the Organization The Barbara Sinatra Childrens Center Foundation amended its by-laws in 2016. The following significant changes were made, pursuant to this amendment: 1) The organizations exempt purpose was updated to specify its exclusive role in support of the Barbara Sinatra Childrens Center at Eisenhower ("BSCC"), an affiliated not-for-profit corporation. 2) The members section was updated to reflect at least one class of member, and to provide additional detail regarding voting and meetings of the members. 3) The members now select the directors at their annual meeting. 4) Any material amendments to the bylaws must be approved by the members and the member of BSCC. 5) The distribution of assets upon dissolution clause was updated to provide that all assets should first transfer to BSCC, then to Eisenhower Medical Center (an affiliated Section 501(c)(3)) organization located in the Coachella Valley.”
