Hcha development corporation follows the conflict of interest policy of the harris county housing authority. The policy states no member of the harris county housing authority board of commissioners shall derive any personal financial benefit or gain, directly or indirectly, by reason of his or her activities for the harris county housing authority. Each such individual shall complete annually a conflict of interest statement to disclose any personal interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before the harris county housing authority. Each individual shall refrain from participation in any decision regarding any matter as to which he or she may have personal financial interest.
