The Abbi Agency is responsible for all administrative and marketing services while SMG Consulting is responsible for all strategic planning and executive functions. Patrick Ty Whitaker is the representative for The Abbi Agency and was compensated $50,400 for services provided to the Organization plus additional fees for expenses reimbursed by the Organization during the fiscal year ended 6/30/2024 and $45,600 for the 2023 Calendar Year. Carl Ribaudo is the representative for SMG Consulting and was compensated $54,400 for services provided to the Organization during the fiscal year ended 6/30/2024 and $54,400 for the 2023 Calendar Year.”

“Any person or organization that desires to participate in the goals of this organization and is willing to pay the annual fee, shall be eligible for membership. There are not multiple classes of membership. A member's voting rights are based solely on their pro rata contribution to the entity. There are no required members and membership certificates are not issued.”

“The Organization does not compensate any employees. Compensation for management services are provided by Patrick Ty Whitaker with The Abbi Agency and Carl Ribaudo with SMG Consulting. Their compensation is determined every two years for all contractors and two-year agreements are renewed or reevaluated for request for proposals.”

“The organization will provide copies of its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements to the public upon request and once such request has been approved by an officer of the organization.”
