And abroad to abolish human trafficking through education, prevention, and intervention strategies.ati has 7 independent voting board members on the board of directors, none of whom are related through family or business. The organization maintains control over all management duties on its own. No significant changes were made to governing documents since the prior 990 was filed nor was there any diversion of assets.the organization does not have members or memberships, and there are no stockholders in the company. All decisions made by the organization are made internally by the volunteer staff and one paid employee and/or by the board of directors. All volunteers, employees, and board members can be reached at the mailing address.ati does not have branches or chapters. We are one entity with volunteers all over the world.ati has one paid employee, the executive director. She answers to the board and her salary was set and approved by the board. All tax returns have been filed for that employee. We did not have unrelated business gross income in excess of $1,000 as all of our income was in the form of donations. In this calendar year, our income was used for administrative purposes and to hold a fundraiser that not only raised funds, but also spread awareness about human trafficking.ati has not participated in a joint venture or contribute assets to another taxable entity.”
