Associate Member - Any person, firm, private corporation or nonprofit corporation, commercial or civic club, or other organization having an interest in public transportation and pledging to support the mission statement set forth in the bylaws may become an associate member upon application, under rules and regulations adopted by the Board. Such associate members shall have the individual rights as established by the Board except the right to vote and hold office.
