The events attracted the best grade school and high school volleyball and basketball players in the country, culminating in the largest total economic impact and room night number by one company ever. This event attracted a new demographic to atlantic city. Date - september 3 - 6 2022 economic impact - ei: 4,400,681 room nights - 4,500 usa futsal - northeast regionals the atlantic city convention and the atlantic city sports commission were elated to host the futsal northeast regionals in february of 2022. This was a pivotal year, as while we hosted them in 2022, we were able to secure another four year deal with the juggernaut of futsal. This includes not only the regionals each year, but also two nationals for two of those years.
