Eigerlab nfp has entered into a management and administrative agreement with northern illinois university. The university provides general management, business advisory, organizational administration, fiscal, and accounting services to eigerlab nfp. Eigerlab nfp does not pay northern illinois university for these services. Because of this, eigerlab nfp does not recognize this transaction on the form 990 as it is treated as a donated service from northern illinois university.
