THIS IS MORE THAN THE 10% MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PUBLIC SUPPORT REQUIRED IN REGULATION 1.170A-9(F)(3)(I). THE ORGANIZATION IS IN ITS ELEVENTH YEAR OF EXISTENCE AND THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC WAS A FACTOR IN THE ORGANIZATION NOT RAMPING UP AS ORIGINALLY EXPECTED.2. REGULATION 1.170A-9(F)(3)(III)(A): PERCENTAGE OF PUBLIC SUPPORT.THE ORGANIZATION WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD A BROAD RANGE OF FUNDING SOURCES, INCREASING ITS PERCENTAGE OF PUBLIC SUPPORT. THE ORGANIZATION DOES NOT ANTICIPATE THAT PUBLIC SUPPORT WILL FALL BELOW CURRENT LEVELS.4. AS CIERTO CONTINUES TO CONTRACT WITH NEW CLIENTS, THE SOURCES OF INCOME WILL EXPAND AND THE PUBLIC SUPPORT PERCENTAGE WILL INCREASE.5. REGULATION 1.170A-9(F)(3)(III)(C): REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNING BODY.THERE ARE A TOTAL OF FIVE BOARD MEMBERS ON THE CIERTO BOARD. THE ORGANIZATION HAS A GOVERNING BODY WHICH REPRESENTS THE BROAD INTEREST OF THE PUBLIC. THERE ARE TWO REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE FARMWORKER MOVEMENT, TWO REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE GROWER/FARM INDUSTRIES AND ONE REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE COMMUNITIES OF ORIGIN IN MEXICO WHO REPRESENTS AND ADVOCATES FOR THE WORKERS AND THEIR COMMUNITIES IN MEXICO. 6. REGULATION 1.170A-9(F)(3)(III)(D): AVAILABILITY OF PUBLIC FACILITIES OR SERVICES; PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAMS OR POLICIES.CIERTO SERVES THE FARMWORKERS AND THE FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING A SAFE, SECURE, FRAUDULENT FREE H2A RECRUITMENT PROCESS FROM MEXICO & GUATEMALA TO THE US OR CANADA. WE PROVIDE THEM WITH A CAREER PATH AND SUSTAINABLE SOURCE OF INCOME AS THEY RETURN TO THE SAME FARM YEAR AFTER YEAR, BENEFITING FAMILY AND COMMUNITY HEALTH AS THEY INVEST THEIR EARNINGS AT HOME. CIERTO SERVES THE GROWERS AND FARMERS IN THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY BY PROVIDING RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED FARMWORKERS TO THEIR FARMS. CIERTO RECRUITED WORKERS HAVE PROVEN UP TO 50% MORE PRODUCTIVE THEN DOMESTIC AND NON-CIERTO RECRUITED WORKERS. WORKERS RETURNING YEAR AFTER YEAR HELPS TO REDUCE RESOURCES IN CONSTANT TRAINING FOR NEW WORKERS EACH YEAR BY FARM MANAGEMENT AND CREATES A RELIABLE, SUSTAINABLE WORKFORCE READY FOR ADVANCEMENT. 7.
