Compensation for the ceo and other officers follows the process of Lowell General Hospital as outlined below: A third party consultant is hired for an independent assessment of appropriate salary ranges for the officers of the organization such as the CEO, COO, and CFO. This assessment is reviewed by the Compensation Committee and a recommendation is given to the Executive Committee on salary increases and bonuses.”
