New program - innovation lab / intercity games: expenses $59,587; grants $0; revenues $80,150 this program serves as an intervention to neighborhood and racial anonymity through a comprehensive social summer gaming program linking unlikely communities together as teammates within their community's respective summer camps. The intercity games consisted of 4 city summer camps and serve over 300 children/ youth both physically and digitally through the creation of the organization's mobile application and tech based social platform.

Pt III, Line 2

New program - afterschool stem camps: expenses $27,871; grants $0; revenues $68,000 these programs provide school wraparound services to approximately 60 kids at 2 locations and focuses on building inclusive economies through providing innovative and strategic solutions to at-promise youth (at-risk) through integrated and researched based interventions rooted in collaboration, partnership, and community buy-in. The emphasis will be on stem education utilizing the following components: life skills and health education, entrepreneurship/career exploration/financial literacy and support, humanities/cultural education/enrichment, and mentoring services for students and families.

Pt III, Line 2

New program - tech a tool for sustainability: see 990, section iii, line 4c for new program details.

Pt VI, Line 2

Pt VI, Line 11B

The organization's accounting manager provides a questionnaire to the organization's board and officers in preparation of the 990. Then he or she forwards the completed questionnaire and accounting records to the external tax accountant for preparation of form 990. The external tax accountant reviews the information provided and prepares the form 990. Prior to submission to the irs, a copy of form 990 is provided to the organization's accounting manager who furnishes a copy to designated board members for their review. After comments from the board & officers, the return is finalized. After comments and any revisions, a final copy is forwarded to the accounting manager prior to filing with the irs. The board reviews the final copy at the first meeting after filing.

Pt VI, Line 12C

Key personnel within the organization monitor new employees and accounts payable transactions to ensure that the organization and its employees are in compliance with the conflict of interest policy. Also, board members and officers hold annual meetings to discuss any potential or actual conflicts of interest matters. During board meetings, if an issue arises where a board member has a conflict of interest, he or she must be excused from the meeting during the dicussion and decision as mandated by the policy. The policy covers board members, the organization's officers, and top managers, and spells out what notice is to be provided by an individual with a conflict, and then how decision-making thereafter is to be affected.

Pt VI, Line 19

The organization makes it governing documents and conflicts of interest policy available to the public upon request. The organization's financial statements are available upon request.
