“Student centered programs & educational subcriptions: provided students with online access to valuable learning tools including lexia (reading), overdrive (books), literably (fluency), seesaw (showcase learning), reading warehouse(books), brainpop, and pebble go.”

“Classroom supplies: provided students with materials needed to supplement their learning experience. Funding has allowed students the opportunity to participate in deep dives and exploration classes, minds in motion, and project lead the way curriculums. Deep dives and exploration classes allow students choice about learning more about topics of interest such as ceramics, music, theater, video production, sewing, architecture, insects, robotics, 3-d animation, etc. Project lead the way provides students a stem (science, technology, engineering and math) based program through activities, projects and problem solving curriculum. The minds in motion program takes physical education participation to a whole new experience.”

“Traffic, playground & safety: this provided much needed supplies to help maintain safety standards during the covid-19 pandemic. For example teachers and staff were provided with reusable n-95 masks, pop-up tents and umbrellas for outdoor learning, and additional cleaning and sanitizing supplies.”
