FORM 990 - ORGANIZATION'S MISSION

The mission of the corporation is to support and partner with veteran- centric communities by providing a proven model, mentorship, training, consulting, software, and resources in order to advance comprehensive and holistic warrior care that will promote the overall well-being of warriors and their communities.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4A

America's warrior partnership's (awp) mission is to empower communities to empower veterans. Since 2022, awp declared a focus on partnering with communities to prevent veteran suicide. Our programs accomplish this by starting at the community level and understanding the unique situations of veterans and their families. We connect local communities with the appropriate resources, services, and partners that they need to support veterans, their families, and caregivers at every stage of veterans' lives. We focus on eight holistic areas: housing, employment, relationships, spirituality, education, access to earned bene?ts, health, and recreation. Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for veterans and to prevent veteran suicide by empowering local communities to serve them proactively and holistically before a crisis occurs. Our upstream approach to veteran empowerment is a four-step plan to connect, educate, advocate, and collaborate with veterans, their families, caregivers, and the communities that support them. Connect: proactively building a trusted relationship with veterans and connecting them to available resources and connecting communities with the tools and insights they need to support veterans. Educate: informing veterans of opportunities available, as well as educating the community about the needs of veterans and their value to the community. Advocate: raising awareness on behalf of veterans to ensure they receive the opportunity and support they need, as well as advocate for communities' commitment to supporting veterans. Collaborate: working together with veterans to create a holistic plan and collaborate with local, regional, state and nations resources to ensure success for veterans. In 2024, through the staff sergeant parker gordon fox suicide prevention grant program (ssg fox spgp), awp assessed 1,292 warriors for suicide risk, and coordinated care for 248 veterans who were identified to be at risk. The community integration (ci) program provided support to four affiliate communities and five branch communities. Collectively, the branch and affiliate communities engaged and maintained relationships with over 84,000 veterans. 509 participants from 252 veteran serving organizations, learned how to implement ci best practices to empower their communities through participation in events including awp's annual warrior symposium, monthly battle rhythm events, and quarterly competency certifications. The awp network helped coordinate 1,745 veteran requests to access resources in partnership with community and national partners. The operation deep dive research study continued collecting data from participating states nationwide and conducted 83 sociocultural death investigation interviews for 45 individual former service members who died by suicide or self- injury. Mission roll call became its own separate 501 c 3. In 2023, through the staff sergeant parker gordon fox suicide prevention grant program (ssg fox spgp), awp conducted 15,000 hours of proactive outreach, assessed 1,163 warriors for suicide risk, and coordinated care for 263 veterans who were identified to be at risk. Collectively, the branch and affiliate communities engaged and maintained relationships with over 68,000 veterans. 659 participants from 327 veteran serving organizations, learned how to implement ci best practices to empower their communities through participation in events including awp's annual warrior symposium, monthly battle rhythm events, and quarterly competency certifications. The awp network helped coordinate access to community and national resources solving 4,019 cases across 1,232 counties reaching all 50 states with a 85% success rate. The operation deep dive research study continued collecting data from participating states nationwide. Mission roll call engaged with more than 1.5 million social media and email members through 31 unique polls and was featured in 67 unique stories nationwide to share results and find

IRS990/Desc0AMERICA'S WARRIOR PARTNERSHIP'S (AWP) MISSION IS TO EMPOWER COMMUNITIES TO EMPOWER VETERANS.
