THE HOUSING WILL ALSO SERVE SENIORS AGE 62 AND OVER IN THE TOWN OF CLINTON, CONNECTICUT WHO ARE CAPABLE OF INDEPENDENT LIVING. BUILDINGS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED TO MODERN STANDARD AND MARKETED TO INCOME-QUALIFIED HOMEBUYERS. THE INCOME RESTRICTION CAN VARY BY PROJECT AND HOUSING LIMITED TO SENIORS WITH INCOMES LESS THAN FIFTY(50) PERCENT OF THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME.--
