“Part iii line 28 creative music:we provided 1,352 hours of creative music experiences for individuals with cognitive and/or physical disorders. We sing songs familiar to the clients, help them to dance in whatever way they are capable, make them laugh, and leave them feeling better than when they arrived. Each month we reached over 150 people, total. These sessions resulted in programs to display ther talents of the participants.part iii line 29 hospice music:we provided 360 hours of private hospice music sessions for individuals who were living in their last dance. The objective of these sessions is to bring a sense of calm and well-being to the individuals as they transition from life unto death part iii line 30 dementia education coaching:we provided 72 hours of dementia education coaching through private dementia education sessions. We taught the proper way to communicate with, care for, love and enjoy an individual with dementia.”
