“The ztfna is comprised of 7 members.”

“In accordance with section 2 of the ztfna agreement, the membership elects co-chairs, treasurer and secretary.”

“Decisions subject to approval of members: the governing agreement of the organization requires member representatives to elect the officers (the governing body), approve the annual budget, authorize project groups for data development, and amend and terminate the governing agreement. In addition, representatives of members in project groups authorize studies and their funding.”

“Organization's process to review form 990 including all schedules; are emailed to the members of the governing body of the ztfna to view and comment prior to filing.”

“A conflict of interest policy has been adopted by the zinc task force north america. Officers are annually required to disclose relationships and interests that could present an actual or potential conflict of appearance of a conflict of interest between personal interest and relationships and those of the zinc task force north america. These statements are sent in december of each year, supplied to the bookkeeper who monitors for conflicts of interest and disclosed to the treasurer.”
