The compensation committee considers this data together with the extent to which pre-established goals have been accomplished and the financial performance of the hospital and establishes the compensation level for the chief executive officer. This information, as well as the recommendation of the chief executive officer is considered by the compensation committee in establishing the compensation of the chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and chief medical officer.”
