Mission

Get Up Stand Up to Cure Paralysis (GUSU) is a nonprofit organization in Minnesota working to unite, educate, and support those dealing with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI) and to advocate for research and the restoration of function. GUSU does this by advocating for SCI research and adaptive fitness, funding SCI research, holding peer mentoring and monthly peer group meetings (for people with SCI, family/ friends, and women caregivers of people with an SCI), and promoting adaptive fitness.
