Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Bahd is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the irc. Accordingly, no federal income taxes have been provided in the accompanying consolidated financial statements. Bahd adopted the guidance related to accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Management has determined that bahd has no material uncertain tax positions that would require recognition or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. The returns for the years ended 2023, 2022, and 2021 remain subject to examination by federal and various state jurisdictions.
