It is adtcs policy that employees and others acting on our behalf must be free from conflicts of interest that could adversely influence their judgment, objectivity or loyalty to the organization in conducting business activities and assignments. In connection with any actual or possible conflicts of interest, an interested party must disclose the existence of the financial interest and must be given the opportunity todisclose all material facts to the board. After disclosure of the financial interest andall material facts, the individual shall leave the board meeting while the determination is discussed and voted on. The remaining board members shall determine if a conflict of interest exist. If a conflict of interest exist, the board will determine the appropriate resolution.

General explanation attachment

2019 accomplishments: accession distribution training center (adtc) is committed to expert training to the highest standards. In 2019, we enrolled 60 students, of the 60 enrolled, 51 or 85% secured employment. In addition, in 2019, we awarded 10 scholarships. About adtc: incorporated in 2012, adtc is a 501(c) 3 public charity status corporation.our programsclayton county district attorneys office, pre-trial diversion program: the diversion program was established to give first-time offenders of non-violent crimes a second chance. The district attorneys office has selected adtc to be one of its non-profit community service sites.clayton county sheriffs department scholarships: adtc provides the sheriffs department with twenty (20) scholarships annually for inmates schedule to be released for ccsd.clayton county board of education, perry learning center: adtc has entered into an agreement with the clayton county board of education. The agreement specifies that adtc will allow students, who are sixteen and above, to report to adtcs warehouse after school, five days a week during the school year for six months for job readiness training mentoring and internship job placement.

THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE HAS SELECTED ADTC TO BE ONE OF ITS NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY SERVICE SITES.CLAYTON COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT SCHOLARSHIPS: ADTC PROVIDES THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT WITH TWENTY (20) SCHOLARSHIPS ANNUALLY FOR INMATES SCHEDULE TO BE RELEASED FOR CCSD.CLAYTON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, PERRY LEARNING CENTER: ADTC HAS ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CLAYTON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION. THE AGREEMENT SPECIFIES THAT ADTC WILL ALLOW STUDENTS, WHO ARE SIXTEEN AND ABOVE, TO REPORT TO ADTCS WAREHOUSE AFTER SCHOOL, FIVE DAYS A WEEK DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR FOR SIX MONTHS FOR JOB READINESS TRAINING MENTORING AND INTERNSHIP JOB PLACEMENT.
