Led by the FTR Treasurer, the 3-member finance committee reviewedFTRs 990. The review was completed based on the audit performed by Mellor & Associates PLLC, and then discussed with the board at large.

Initially, our CEOs salary was benchmarked against salaries for the CEO level of responsibility in the subcategory/size of Health Service Organizations categorized as small in the geographic area of Utah/Salt Lake in 2016. In subsequent years, the board chair solicited written feedback from board members regarding the CEOs performance. Based on this feedback and the chairs own assessment, the CEOs salary for the ensuing year is set. The Board Chair and CEO then meet for a debriefing and the entire board then approves the salary set for the following year.

Based on this feedback and the chairs own assessment, the CEOs salary for the ensuing year is set.
