Before form 990 is filed, it has been reviewed by the finance committee. Any questions and concerns have been addressed before it was shared with the board as a whole.

Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

The organization has conflict of interest policy in place to ensure directors and key employees act within the best interest of the hive. The policy is reviewed and modified, as needed, annually by the board and easily accessible to members and employees of the organization. As a part of the policy officers, directors, and any other interested persons have the obligation to disclose the existence or potential existence of a conflice of interest as it arises. At the time of disclosure, the governing board will conduct an inquiry to gather pertinent information and take appropriate action to address the conflict.
