“Representation of onsite waste water industry issues before the state legislature and the several administrative agencies and post-secondary education institutions offering continuing education programming is critical to the industry and its ability to perform its tasks in the state. The association provides direct input for these activities and also coordinates such inputs as needed by members directly with the several institutions involved.”

“This activity is designed to provide industry members, both association and non association, with critical knowledge about onsite waste water program technologies and with required continuing education to maintain state licenses. Without programs made available such required training would either be unavailable in state or at a significant added cost to industry members.”
