However, income from certain activities not directly related to each entity's tax-exempt purpose is subject to taxation as unrelated business income. The entity had no unrelated business income for the years ended december 31, 2024 and 2023. Momentum's wholly-owned entities are established as single-member entities and are disregarded entities for tax purposes.
