“Crhs is exempt from federal income taxes as a non-profit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Paramount, transforming healthcare and 144 mob are limited liability companies owned 100% by crhs and therefore are disregarded for income tax purposes, and their activity is reported with crhs. The consolidated financial statements will not reflect a provision for income taxes, except for the tax on unrelated business income. For the years ended june 30, 2024 and 2023, crhs had no tax liability for unrelated business income. Crhs follows the provisions of fasb codification topic 740-10 related to uncertain income tax positions. Management believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and such, does not have any uncertain positions that are material to the consolidated financial statements. Crhs is no longer subject to income tax examinations by federal, state, or local tax authorities for years before june 30, 2021.”
