All categories require stock ownership except the dining memberships. Line 7a explanation - the members elect the board of directors which is the governing body. The board of directors is made up of members. Line 7b explanation - at the annual meeting the members/shareholders are able to voice their comments regarding the decisions of the governing body as well as throughout the year.”

“An independent accounting firm prepares the tax return, which is reviewed by the controller and secretary/treasurer prior to submission of the return. A copy is on file in the office for all members/stockholders to review. Copies of the return are also available to the general puclic upon request.”
“Monitoring and enforcement of conflicts are handles by the board of directors at a monthly meeting.”
“The club operates under a set of bylaws. The board meets monthly and covers business topics in each department, reviews financials, and sets policies. The documents governing the club are part of the member handbook for member policies, the employee handbook for employees and in the bylaws for the club policies. Each employee operates under a job description of contract for upper management. Financial statements are available to the members by request monthly and at the annual meeting for year end. The annual meeting is held the fourth thursday in april after the fiscal year end.”
