| The specific purpose of this coporation is to (i) lessen the burdens of government by providing opportunities for affordable housing for low-income persons and low and moderate income families; (ii) provide home ownership advice and services on a non-profit basis to relieve the distress of low-income persons and families, the elderly, the physicially handicapped and people with special needs; (iii) combat community deterioration and preserve neighborhood stabilitiy by promoting home ownership and community development, which improves housing and economic conditions as is appropriate; (iv assist in the facilitiation of low to moderate income persons and families to secure affordable mortgage financing and brokerage services to support efforts in improving select neighborhoods and communities; (v) provide below-market rate flexible capital and other services in order to increase and preserve homeownership opportunities among underserved low to moderate income households; (vi) provide new housing opportunities and services that will assist in eliminating discrimination and prejudice; and (vii) revitalize and stimulate reinvestment in selected neighborhoods through programs involving a partnership of neighborhood residents, the business community, representatives of local governmental agencies, local financial institutions, and other interested persons. | $4,007 | - |
| Foreclosure prevention education: Triage Assess provides a plan of action to help families and individuals impacted by foreclosure to help them sustain their homes. This involves helping consumers put the paperwork together to submit to the lender/server or help consumers review their budgets for short term action plans to long term action plans. Consumers in these positions are assisted in not only the financial coaching side, we also help in advocating for consumers when insitutions are not helping consumers during their time for financial hardship. Programs offered and reviewed would make homes affordable and keeping their home in California. At times clients are counseled regarding the disposition of property and relocation to a new residence that our team completes that action plan for how that would be completed. | - | - |
