After her approval, the form 990 is completed for filing and shared via electronic media with all board members. The form is signed by the president prior to filing with the internal revenue service.”

The programs that support the suicide prevention portion of our mission are the following: 1.hope squad - is a nationally recognized, evidence based suicide prevention program for children in schools. 2. Unite for light - partnerships with local nonprofits, faith based entities, businesses, and corporations to provide qpr (question, persuade, refer) suicide prevention certification. 3.qpr (question, persuade, refer)training - providing 60-minute "gatekeeper" suicide prevention training to members of the community. 4.depression research funding - provides critical dollars needed for projects focusing on depression and/or suicide prevention. In 2019 jehf served 80 schools in north texas benefitting 70,000 students. There were 189 qpr suicide prevention trainings with 5,946 participants. In 2019 jehf presented a grant of 52,000 in depression research funding to jps behaviorial health for suicide prevention research project.”
