Ranger Sailing Foundation

The planned activities of the organization are to provide sailing, navigation and educational opportunities to underprivlegded children; to promote, foster and advance interest in the scientific aspects of navigation by conducting educational classes and seminars; to provide instruction in sailing and to offer physical recreation to children thus building on such value as teamwork, fairness of play, leadership and respect of others; to provide these opportunities to financially disadvantaged children seeking to learn sailing and navigation techniques who may not otherwise have access to such opportunities; to work in coorporation with local community schools to establish sailing instruction as part of their educational curriculum and general to endevor to promote and provide instruction and athletic entertainment for youth interested in sport and recreational sailing.
