“At our organization we take conflicts of interest very seriously. We have a strict policy in place to ensure that all members are aware of the rules and regulations surrounding conflicts of interest and we take steps to monitor and enforce compliance with this policy. Our process begins with regular training sessions for all members. These sessions cover the basics of conflicts of interest including what constitutes a conflict of interest and how to avoid them. We also provide specific examples of situations that could potentially create a conflict of interest. Once members have been trained we have a system in place to monitor their behavior. This includes regular reviews of financial disclosures as well as ongoing communication with members to ensure they are aware of any potential conflicts. If we do identify a potential conflict of interest we take immediate steps to address it. This may include removing the employee from certain projects or duties or in some cases terminating their employment. We also conduct regular audits to ensure that our processes are effective and that we are maintaining compliance with our policy. Overall we believe that our strict policies and procedures are essential for maintaining the integrity of our organization and ensuring that we are always acting in the best interests of our clients and stakeholders.”
