Tornado damage and insurance proceeds during the year, the organizations building sustained significant damage from a tornado, including loss of a major portion of the roof. Repairs and restoration costs totaled $112,410. The organizations insurance carrier paid $102,410 directly to contractors, and the organization paid the remaining $11,000 out of pocket. The insurance proceeds of $102,410 are reported as other miscellaneous revenue in part viii, line 11. The total restoration costs are reported as occupancy expenses in part ix, line 24a. These repairs restored the property to its pre-storm condition.
