“Bylaws were updated on june 11, 2021 to change/update: 1. The annual membership dues amount was increased to 50 2. Two at-large (non-voting) positiong including the coordinator and vendor coordinator, along with the executive board, make up the board of directors. 3. The president shall act as a liaison with the community and the parents within the organization and shall have voting authority. 4. The vice-preident shall work with the treasurer to insure all account receivable emails/correspondence are sent; cover secretarial duties such as: record and keep minutes for all executive board and general membership meetings and email a copy to all members; be responsible for all organization correspondence; notify all members of all general membership meetings and pa starz, inc; and keep an accurate membership list with contact information; have voting authority. 5. Secretary duties was removed. 6. The treasurer shall invoice monthly team dues and collect necessary fees; manage and coordinate memberships; facilitate usasf membership, competition registration and stay to play team travel (where applicable); have voting authority. 7. Athletic director ahall coordinate the culture and standards of the organization; manage all teams, coaches and athletes within the organization; organize all training and gym schedules; train and lead staff in coaching techniques; have the final say on all decisions associated with athletes and teams; work alongside the president to handle any human resource/disciplinary issues that may arise with the staff; have final approval on all staff hiring/firings; have voting authority. 8. Assistant athletic director/ social media, marketing liaison shall facilitate all posting on all pa starz social media platforms; assist the athletic director and president where needed; have voting authority; also assist with fundraising duties where needed. 9. Fundraising coordinator shall lead the fundraising committee; offer status reports to the board of directors; work with the treasurer to update athlete's spreadsheets; be responsible for collecting all fundraisers and fundraised monies; deposit all fundraised money into the pa starz account in a timely manner and inform the board of directors when same is completed; write checks and deposit money related to fundraising. 10. Vendor coordinator shall work with outside vendors such as but not limited to choreography, music, make-up, uniforms, bows, etc.; work with the athletic director, where needed; facilitate a relationship with outside vendors. 11. Executive board: the executive board is the main governing body of pa starz, inc. And is comprised of the president, vice president, treasurer, athletic director, and social media/marketing liaison. An election for recertification of officers will take place every year by a simple majority vote of the members of the executive board.”

“Founded in 2014, pa starz' purpose is to deliver a professional, quality product while being the best role models for young athletes. It is our gym's top priority to build confidence in our athletes while teaching our students at a progression to stress safety in our sport pa starz is not only a member of usaf but is also the only all star cheerleading facility in the area with all usaf credentialed staff. It was our mission to provide top-notch competetive cheerleading instruction to local youth. Our organization has grown to over 80 athletes of varying ages and skill levels and includes multiple national titles and awards. We are also a federally recognized and approved 501(3)(c). Our usaf credentialed staff has over 30 years of experience. Pa starz, inc. Ensures that coaches are proficient in teaching appropriate skill progressions in specific areas for cheer and have a thorough knowledge of safety guidelines. We want only the best for our cheerleaders - top coaches, top facility and a top quality program. Our mission will continue to separate us and help us to produce not only winning cheerleaders, but winners in life”
