“Part vi section b policies - review of form 990 the president, vice president, treasurer and secretary meet to review and evaluate the reasonableness of the amounts reflected in income statement and the balance sheet at the annual board of directors meeting on or about march 19th of each year. Any unusual or significant amounts which differ from the expected amounts are then investigated and appropiate action taken as deemed by the above officers.”
