ECSV REAL ESTATE (THE ORGANIZATION") WAS FORMED FOR THE BENEFIT OF EDUCARE CALIFORNIA AT SILICON VALLEY ("ECSV"). ECSV IS A NONPROFIT, 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO BUILD AND OPERATE AN EARLY LEARNING CENTER IN SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA TO HELP ENSURE THAT THE CHILDREN THEREBY SERVED WILL SUCCEED IN SCHOOL AND LATER LIFE. ECSV OFFERS CURRICULA AND PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON DELIVERING BEST PRACTICES IN EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO SERVE AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION FOR ECSV. THE ORGANIZATION PARTICIPATED IN A NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT TRANSACTION THAT PROVIDED FUNDS TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A FACILITY LOCATED IN SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA.
