“Executive forum of the lehigh valley (the association) is established to provide a networking organization for business professionals of the lehigh valley (consisting of lehigh, northampton, monroe, carbon and bucks counties in pennsylvania and the surrounding areas) by creating an environment where business executives and organizational leaders associate by encouraging them to freely exchange experiences and ideas within their professional atmospheres while promoting improvement within the communities in the lehigh valley.”

“The activities of the executive forum of the lehigh valley (the association) consist of hosting regular meetings of the members of the association, at which members discuss current events within businesses and organizations with which they are associated. Meetings generally include a speaker who presents on a topic that educates the members and promotes discussion. These meetings further the association's exempt purposes by allowing the members of the association to engage in conversation, discuss ideas, and network with one another to improve businesses and communities in the lehigh valley. Meetings are held at various locations within the lehigh valley and are coordinated by the managers and officers of the association.”
