Promote the development of coaching & player skills; emphasize good sportsmanship, physical fitness, respectful and healthy attitudes and team play; assist as many youth as practical in enjoying these sports. To help inspire in youth a sense of responsibility, cooperation, and self-reliance. To serve the local community.
