“Line 10- these are scholarships given to players based on financial need, discounts on season fees given to volunteers (board, raters and drillers) & special promotions. Line 16 Other Expenses: These were board meeting food, all other expenses for season games (shirts, awards, registration software fees, supplies, skills and referee clinics, snacks, etc.), tournaments, open play registration software fees, social event, board team bonding and fun, and software subscriptions and fees (Quickbooks, LeagueApps, LeagueLobster, Mailchimp, etc.) Line 20: These are the other net assets from our Statement of Financial Position. They include all our program revenue, other revenue from small events, new assets purchased (computers, balls, volleyball supplies, etc.), rent expenses, and payments to deposit. Line 26: We had no/zero liabilities. Part 2, Line 24 These other assets are new computers and computer accessories like cases and cables, 3 new ipads for our rating sessions, clock timers, flags, ball pumps, supply bags, game bracket posters, 20 balls, 4 ball carts, and scoreboards. Part 3, Line 31 Other program services as follows. 1) Fall (draft) season, 6 divisions, 272 players, 189 total games. 2) Bring Your Own Team (BYOT) Summer with no draft but teams sign-up their own members. 148 players, 60 games, 20 teams. 3) BYOT Fall 126 players, 54 games, 18 teams. 4) Open Plays for fun for any person and not needing to play in a season, 40 events, about 2 hrs long. 5) Party Barge boat rental on Lake Travis for anyone as social event. We provided food and drinks for a 4 hour boat ride and sold tickets. 105 registrants in Summer 2024. 6) Love at First Spike Tournament, 20 teams, 147 players, $250 prize, single-day tournament. 7) Fundamentals of Volleyball- a 6 week course to teach basic skills to players with theory and practice time, volunteer instructor and three volunteer assistants, and 19 registrants. 8) Hitting Clinic to teach players, July 2024, one group for social and intermediate players, a second group for competitive, advanced, and elite, 39 registrants, and 2 paid instructors. 9) Round Robins on two dates to prepare for upcoming NAGVA tournaments, about 8-15 teams.”
