The jamaica plain arts and civic center, inc. (the organization) was incorporated to benefit, perform the functions of and carry out the purposes of the hyde square task force, inc. (hstf)(a nonprofit entity). The organization will carry out those purposes through developing the blessed sacrament church into an arts and civic center in jamaica plain, ma and through managing all of the organization's activities, events and performances consistent with hstf's mission.
