| CHILDREN'S HOME: The organization was formed in 2014 to rescue 15 restavek children from a dangerous, abusive, and exploitative situation. The main purpose is to provide basic needs of proper shelter, nutrition, and security in a nurturing home environment. The organization leases and maintains a clean and safe home in Haiti for up to 20 children and employs and empowers Haitian staff to care for them. Our holistic approach to care, the stable environment, and the intentional family setting we have been able to create has led to a relationship with child services as a safety net for the government to temporarily place (2 weeks - 6 months) lost or abandoned children until they are able to find their families. The children are fed 3 nutritious, culturally appropriate meals daily, and their growth is tracked regularly. As a precaution and consistent with facilities of all kinds in Haiti, 24-hour security is provided. Responsible adults accompany younger children when off-site. A healthcare professional resides on the property to promptly address medical needs as they arise. The site director, a U.S. licensed psychologist and family therapist with professional experience specializing in at-risk teens, oversees all programming, policies, procedures and systems and attends the mental health of each child through group and individualized therapy to address the trauma of their past abandonment, abuse and neglect. | $0 | $120,701 |
| SOCIAL INTEGRATION AND INDEPENDENCE INITIATIVE: Haiti's humanitarian crisis persists as violent gangs continue to control the capital city, forcing the closure of many services, including The Global Orphan Project's Transition Academy where one of our young adults was enrolled. This hostile and dangerous environment has now become the new normal, making even more clear the importance and necessity of the organization's social integration programming, an individualized focus specifically on the older teens to incrementally transition them to full independence. Fourteen young people participated in the program at various levels. Ages 16 - 17 (7 children): Children's Home Staff continued to work on defining and offering reasonable steps toward independence with increased responsibility and privilege. The children continue to develop life skills by participating in household chores, maintenance and repair. Pursuant to their interests and talents, eight of our teens attended music school and English school, played in basketball and soccer leagues, and various trainings were arranged for specialized skills, such shadowing an auto mechanic, sewing, culinary arts, solar panel installation and generator maintenance. Ages 18 - 21 (5 students): The organization is committed to providing individualized after-care for our young adults who are required by the Haitian government to age out of our children's home. Three students continued their formal schooling through All My Heart Haiti's semi-independent residential program, supervised by our Resident Advisor. The other two attended vocational training, carpentry school and an apprenticeship with a tailor. Three completed driver's education and are in the process of obtaining their driver's licenses. Spiritual development and discipleship are a priority in both of our homes, and all residents attend worship regularly, participate in youth activities and evening "family" devotions as an integral piece of their social integration and holistic growth. Ages 22+ (2 students): While still pursuing their formal education, two young men who completed the Residential Stage of our Independence Program are participating in our new "Non-resident" Program. After years of family counseling and with ongoing after-care, they have been reunited with their extended families of origin and receive a stipend, tuition and education-related monetary benefits paid directly to the institution. The organization offers them optional medical, tutoring, career development coaching, personal mentoring, and discipleship opportunities. Objectives of the social integration programming initiative at all stages include: life skills, character development, individualized vocational/academic planning, holistic and semi-supervised social integration, assessment of possible family reunification, one-on-one counseling with our U.S. trained and licensed psychologist, development of a custom staged independence plan, leadership development, and ongoing staff training and development. | $0 | $40,982 |
| EDUCATION: The organization is committed to providing each child an education and when possible, opportunities to explore and develop his/her God-given talents. This year we celebrated the graduation of one student and the successful completion of our physical therapy student's freshman year. Eleven children continue to pursue their formal education (Grades 8 - 13), four of whom attend one of the country's top-performing schools, known for its academics and for best preparing its students for higher education. The caregivers and a team of 3 tutors assist each student with homework and are expected to adhere to a balanced after-school schedule. At home, the goal is to inspire a love of learning, cultivate original thought and critical thinking skills, and encourage imagination and experiential discovery tailored to their individual interests and abilities. Books, art supplies, STEM kits, and games are available, accessible, and encouraged. Camps, field trips, English school, music school, swim lessons and several other individualized enrichment activities were arranged based on each young person's interests and strengths. Participation in various community-wide service projects, an Easter production, a major service project in a remote mountain village, and a cultural partnership with Meadow Brook High School's IB French students (Chesterfield, VA) provided opportunities to develop the children's organizational, leadership, social and communication skills. | $0 | $18,144 |

“Monthly interest earned on funds residing in bank account in Haiti.”
“"Other expenses": Mission-critical expenses for the feeding, care, protection, and education of the children (i.e., food, tuition, books, supplies clothing, shoes, transportation, medical care, toiletries, bank fees and program service initiatives). The increase over previous years is due to the construction of a storage shed and security booth at our children's home and significantly increased prices for basic necessities precipitated by scarcity and gang control of the only road to the capital city, which worsened supply chain disruptions.”
“"Other changes in net assets or fund balances": The fund balances appear higher at the end of 2024 because donations were retained and designated in preparation to set up a small transition home for girls in January 2025.”
“"Other Assets": The decrease in aggregate value of depreciable assets was due to customary depreciation offsetting the nominal new assets put into service in 2024.”
“Although All My Heart Haiti, Inc. transfers operational funds accessible to our field staff in the local branch in Haiti, the organization does not file FinCen Form 114, because one bank receives our wires domestically through a U.S. bank. Our balances with neither of our 2 banks exceeded the $10,000 cumulative threshold at any time during 2024.”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 0 | Monthly interest earned on funds residing in bank account in Haiti. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 1 | "Other expenses": Mission-critical expenses for the feeding, care, protection, and education of the children (i.e., food, tuition, books, supplies clothing, shoes, transportation, medical care, toiletries, bank fees and program service initiatives). The increase over previous years is due to the construction of a storage shed and security booth at our children's home and significantly increased prices for basic necessities precipitated by scarcity and gang control of the only road to the capital city, which worsened supply chain disruptions. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 2 | "Other changes in net assets or fund balances": The fund balances appear higher at the end of 2024 because donations were retained and designated in preparation to set up a small transition home for girls in January 2025. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 3 | "Other Assets": The decrease in aggregate value of depreciable assets was due to customary depreciation offsetting the nominal new assets put into service in 2024. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 4 | Although All My Heart Haiti, Inc. transfers operational funds accessible to our field staff in the local branch in Haiti, the organization does not file FinCen Form 114, because one bank receives our wires domestically through a U.S. bank. Our balances with neither of our 2 banks exceeded the $10,000 cumulative threshold at any time during 2024. |

| ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt | 0 | This statement is requested in General Instruction D for filing after the due date. Thank you for granting an automatic extension for the submission of the organization's 2024 nonprofit tax return Form 990EZ. We immensely appreciate your granting an extension as financial records needed to complete the form were in Haiti. With none of us nor our partner organizations traveling to Haiti due to increased violence, kidnapping, and the State Department's RED travel advisory, and because there is no postal service in country, our director was unable to obtain necessary documents to meet the May 15 deadline. As instructed and in accordance with electronic filing, the 990EZ for 2024 and required Schedules A, B, and O accompany this statement. |
