Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6

Members of the Volunteer Auxiliary must complete a multi-page application that in part requires: personal data, recommendation letters, personal interview, TB test and a personal physicians release to serve as a volunteer. Members agree to work a 4 hour shift and attend a hospital orientation session. Members must attend several general membership meetings each year.

The governing body does not review the form 990 but the President and/or Past President review the return before it is submitted to the IRS and the SC Secretary of States office.

If a potential conflict of interest is reported, a form is prepared and sent to the Board of Directors for review. Failure to comply results in disciplinary actions including discharge from the Auxiliary.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0Members of the Volunteer Auxiliary must complete a multi-page application that in part requires: personal data, recommendation letters, personal interview, TB test and a personal physicians release to serve as a volunteer. Members agree to work a 4 hour shift and attend a hospital orientation session. Members must attend several general membership meetings each year.
