“Members of the Volunteer Auxiliary must complete a multi-page application that in part requires: personal data, recommendation letters, personal interview, TB test and a personal physicians release to serve as a volunteer. Members agree to work a 4 hour shift and attend a hospital orientation session. Members must attend several general membership meetings each year.”
“At the Annual Meeting each year the members elect the Officers of the Board of the Auxiliary.”
“The governing body does not review the form 990 but the President and/or Past President review the return before it is submitted to the IRS and the SC Secretary of States office.”
