Mission

Facilitating the secure, consistent, effective, and efficient sharing of important electric transmission and operational data among its members ("Members") and/or other interested parties with whom the Corporation contracts ("Participants") to help improve electric industry operations and promote the reliable and efficient operation of the North American bulk power system.

To manage and maintain an efficient and effective network for the sharing of operating reliability data, including both SCADA and synchrophasor data, among appropriate entities to promote the reliable and efficient operation of the Eastern and Quebec Interconnections. To facilitate the adoption, development, and support of tools for its interested Members and Participants to help improve and promote the reliable and efficient operation of the Eastern and Quebec Interconnections.
