Mandes Consulting, LLC is the business of Richard J. Mandes, Jr., who is contracted to serve as EIDSN's Executive Director. This contract expired in 2020. The organization has now contracted with Navitech Group, LLC, a management company, to delegate the duties of Executive Director, management, administrative and network support. Navitech Group, LLC is the business of James (Jim) E. Schinski, who is now contracted to serve as EIDSN's Executive Director.”

“Membership is voluntary and is open to any entity that is registered with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) as a Reliability Coordinator, Transmission Operator, Transmission Owner, and Balancing Authority in the North American bulk electric system.”

“Each Member shall be entitled to appoint one director to the Board of Directors.”

“Each member is entitled to appoint one director to the Board of Directors and remove or replace the appointed director.”

“The organization currently has no committees outside the Board of Directors with authority to act on behalf of the governing body.”
