The purpose of this corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity, other than credit union business, for which a corporation may be organized under such law. The specific purpose of this corporation is a club for owners of 1967-1973 Porsche 911s to educate and socialize.Within the context of the general and specific purposes stated above, this Corporation will encourage and support the collection and restoration of 1967 to 1973 Porsche 911s throughout the world, by all persons, regardless of race, sex, religious creed, color, national origin or ancestry, and to improve and advance the understanding and appreciation of these cars in all their forms. This will be accomplished through two publications.First, our quarterly magazine ("ESSES Magazine") is an open forum designed to promote communication among members. During the year, we published the organization's flagship magazine and offered ways of communication for members as well as advertisements of unique parts and supplies for our members, strengthening the organization's connection with its community and promoting the growth of the industry.
