Webster avenue housing development fund corporation's primary exempt purpose is to acquire and/or develop property for the benefit of breaking ground housing development fund and its affiliated tax-exempt organizations.

Webster Avenue Housing Development Fund Corporation is the managing member of the partnership entity that owns the low-income housing facility known as Park House. Park House is Breaking Ground's first affordable family project. It shares a large site with a companion building, Webster Avenue supportive residence, reclaiming a brownfield site. The combined 12-story project contains 248 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units that are home to low-income working adults and families from the South Bronx community. As Managing Member, the organization did not undertake any active program service activities in 2019.$0$0
