Mission

Adirondack alternative divorce solutions, inc. (aads) has been created to cultivate, advance and promote the principles and process of collaborative divorce. Collaborative divorce is a process where the dissolution of marriages and resolution of family related matters are accomplished in a civil and respectful way. Collaborative divorce involves a team of professionals all working towards this goal and includes attorneys, mental health professionals, finance professionals and child specialists.
