“Section 2: provide a statement of program service accomplishments. You can state the number of clients served, publications issued, etc. Discuss the achievements that are not measurable. Depending on the nature of your programs you may be able to summarize the impact on the community. Through the underline programs, partnerships, and civic collaboration many residents, communities, and visitors have benefitted. This includes our signature community connections events, reaching culturally rich and historically underserved areas. The underline produced four (4) co-created community connections activations, drawing over 1,000 attendees. Each initiative reinforced our commitment to co-creation, civic pride, and cultural exchange. The underlines programming has supported 300 small businesses and engaged 151 partners including other nonprofits, schools, grassroots organizations, and neighborhood groups. In total the underline was alive this year with 233 events and more than 42,000 attendees. From sunrise yoga to sunset concerts, our spaces pulsed with energy, creativity, and cultural expression. 81% of our events were free and open to the public, reflecting our commitment to accessibility for all. Our volunteers helped beautify our gardens and supported events that bring our community together using their time and passion propel us forward. This year, nearly 400 new volunteers joined our mission, contributing 2,673 hours of service. Our corporate partners have supported the linear park by sponsoring day in the dirt gardening days, family fun days, and miami heat skills camp; drills. This past year, we secured grant funding and support from over 700 individual donorsensuring a sustainable future for programming, operations, and expansion. The underline added more hospitality services through sponsor partnerships, adding three food and beverage choices, bikeshare and a led screen for community events and programming. Lastly the underline solidified its role as one of the most forward-thinking urban spaces in the country. We introduced a suite of smart technologies designed to enhance park management, safety, and user experience. Through a series of grants, the underline has built a vast technological support system including wi-fi along the corridor resulting in 42,000 unique wi-fi users, installed 68 ai-powered cameras and 9 environmental sensors, and completed lidar scanning of the entire park to improve overall management of the many assets throughout the park.
