“Objectives while evaluating the state of the world affairs, we can clearly see that some of the biggest challenges the world is facing today are related to poverty, healthcare, and social injustice. Many countries, organizations, and individuals are working to address these issues. While all of these efforts are important and needed, we believe that the single most important thing we can do to solve these problems is to educate people. By education, we dont mean elementary or middle school level education. Rather educating every individual to a graduate and / or vocational level. This ensures that a. People are able to get well paid jobs or are able to create businesses to uplift b. People are broad and open minded enough to not see other through a narrow glass defined by opportunists allowing broad based social coherence and understanding c. People are able to make healthy life style choices and are able to keep themselves, their houses, their communities clean from any disease we support this cause by providing individuals and families direct education support including, but not limited to, guidance, coaching, fees, transportation and lodging expenses, healthcare support, etc. Sometimes we also provide beneficiaries additional support to remove any hurdles that may distract them from the focus of education such as food reielf and maintaining safe living conditions. Achievements this year we successfully delivered on the following programs. A. Healthy lifestyle choices a childs development is dependent on good personal hygene habits. Good habits contribute to the success and bad habits act as a deterrent in continued progress. We host multiple workshops focused on healthy dental hygene for all students and focused on promoting female hygene for female students and their mothers. We also provide supplies to ensure participants are able to take action such as tooth brushes, tooth pastes, sanitary pads to b. Prepare students for four year college or vocational insitute in this workshop we invite parents and students to prepare them for a four year college or vocational institue. The program is free and open for anybody to join. As a result we have a broad based representation from parents and students. This is a very successful workshop and attendees frequently refer to the material to plan their futures better. C. Childrens learning through scientific experimentation an important part in educating the youth is to make learning exciting. Gift hosted a number of workshops where we enoucraged students to grasp scientific concepts through d. Arts for opening the minds to the world in order to activitates childrens creative side the organization held art workshops. The facilitators encouraged children to draw free flow and through guided experiences. This way they could learn how to leverage art to convey information, build on their ideas and also gain expertise in fine motor skills. E. Early childhood development through this program, we are helping children prepare for school with strong foundation and basic comprehension, time management, and analytical skills. F. Safe and healthy families for continuous learning of students many students and their families faced continuation of covid related and inflationary challenges. Poor families were particularly hard hit by this. In order to ensure that families do not expose themselves to unhealthy conditions and students maintain their studies, the organization provided minimal food rations to families. This helped families stay healthy and allowed kids to remain focused on learning. G. Counselling and consultations for families students as well as their parents need ongoing counselling and consultations to ensure they are on the right path to success and have an opportunity to course correct in a timely manner. We stepped up on counselling for families this year focusing on three categories. First, elementary and middle school counselling to ensure the students enter high school with go”
