| Parent Empowerment Program provide guidance, support and resources to parents to help them navigate the challenges and complexities of parenting. Coaches collaborate with parents to develop effective parenting strategies, improve communication with their children, and address specific concerns or issues they may be facing in their role as caregiver. The Parent Empowerment program not only worked with domestic violence survivor parents but also with parents who violated the City Ordinance relating to school attendance. In 2025, 30 parents were ordered to participate in the Parent Empowerment Program. Each parent's truancy case was dismissed due to full compliance with school attendance of 80% and above. Each revealed to the court that the Parent Empowerment classes helped them to regain control of their household which contributed to children attendance to increase. | $3,000 | $3,000 |
| Career Readiness Program for women in domestic violence shelters provides comprehensive support to help survivors achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency. The program includes vocational skills training, resume building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance. Participants receive counseling rebuild confidence and address trauma-related barriers to employment. Financial literacy workshops cover budgeting credit repair, and banking basics. Programs often partner with local employers to create safe job opportunities. in 2025, this program has served 15 women who were transitioning from a domestic violence shelter.
