“There are 5 types of members for this organization: founding member - those who are identified as such by the board of directors. Cornerstone member - those who make financial and other commitments to the corporation at the highest level, determined by the board of directors. Catalyst member - those members who make financial and other commitments to the corporation at the mid-range level, determined by the board of directors. Business member - those members who make financial and other commitments to the corporation at the lowest range level, determined by the board of directors. Government member - those who are government bodies, agencies, or entities and are identified as such. Only persons or entities which have achieved significant success and public recognition in the fields of business, industry, commerce, education or other professions shall be considered for membership and must be approved by the board of directors.”

“A slate of directors with a number of nominees equal to the number of board positions to be filled shall be prepared by the nominating committee and shall be communicated to the membership in advance of the annual meeting. Members may nominate candidates to serve as directors from the floor at the annual meeting. A number of persons equal to the director positions to be filled who receive the greatest number of votes cast at the membership meeting shall be elected as directors. Election shall not be required for directors who hold their position by virtue of their office or other ex-officio positions on the board. Initially the board shall consist of nine members, but its size may be increased or decreased by the board, from time to time, but shall not be larger than twenty members. Only individuals who are members or persons employed or affiliated with entities which are members may serve.”
