2 of our directors (joe & lorie minor)are married to each other. Joe & lorie serve on the board of directors, however there are no business transactions involving these two individuals.

The board of directors sets overall policy and procedures, and delegates to the selected managers the day to day decisions of purchasing food and supplies, oversight of the distribution to the clients and oversight of the other volunteers.

Directors serve for 2 years, and directors nominate & elect board members from the community based on interest, availability and representing various services in the community.

A copy of the 990 is on file at the food site, and 1 copy will be furnished no charge upon request by any individual or agency. Requests for extra copies would be furnished at the cost of copying. We do not have a web site that will allow this to be posted on, so furnishing hard copies or by e-mail is our only way of distributing. Our governing documents, conflict of interest and financial reports are on file at the food site, and are made available to the public for review upon request. Copies would be furnished upon request, and copies of all documents are sent to all board members.
