Mission

Support and educational services for persons with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Program Services

DescriptionGrantsExpenses
Education. Provided five different series of educational and self-help workshop and groups, all free, usually including handouts, to promote and support wellness. Included WRAP, Pathways to Recovery, meditation and mindfulness. On average, 21 individuals participated in each series.$0$12,704
Support. Facilitated free weekly support groups: for trauma/PTSD, on health relationships, for WRAP grads, for Spanish-speakers, and one for general wellness support. On average 16 individuals participated in each$0$12,139
Recreation. Provided free knitting events on alternate weeks with Art from the Heart expressive opportunities. Also offered a music & movement class, games and movies, and walking trips.
